In Trinity you will find Bouley Bay, which is the location for Jersey’s annual national and the international hill climbs. The bay itself offers some deep water, which is ideal for competent swimmers, and the rocky beach means that it never becomes as busy as some of the others. The Jersey Wildlife Preservation Trust, which was founded by Gerald Durrell and is the home for endangered species, is situated here inside the grounds of Les Augres Manor. The BBC is also in this parish, located at Les Platons, which is the highest point on Jersey and sits 453 feet above sea level. The Pallot Steam Museum provides access to a large private collection of steam engines, farm tools and organs, whilst the mural monument of Sir Edouard de Carteret is housed in the parish church.
