During this changeable time, we are working hard to keep our clients fully apprised of the circumstances surrounding travel the the Channel Islands.

Broadly speaking, visitors to the Channel Islands are able to enjoy their holidays as normal, and the feedback we receive from those who have travelled in recent weeks is enormously positive. For those arriving from ‘Green’ areas (check the status of your region here ), a test will be available at the airport and results available normally within 12 hours during which time you should remain vigilant and avoid crowds etc. Please take a little time to familiarise yourself with the advice on this from Jersey Government here . Arrivals from the Channel Islands into the UK are exempt from quarantine restrictions.

In common with everywhere at the moment, there is no guarantee that your travel and holiday will be free from any disruption, and it is a good idea before you travel to get in touch with your insurers to ascertain how you are covered for various eventualities.

Track & Trace is fully operational in the Channel Islands as it is on the mainland, and you may be required to submit your contact details at some venues or sites you may wish to visit. If there is cause for you to be contacted, please see the following information which tells you what your options would be under these circumstances.

Whilst any form of travel during a pandemic is not without risk, we are dedicated to keeping our much-valued clients fully aware and as up-to-date as possible. We are available at all times for any queries you may have, and for anything which we cannot answer ourselves, we know where to direct you in order to ensure that you are as informed as you can be, before, during and after your break.

We would encourage all visitors to the Island to regularly visit the Jersey Government website, make sure that you are comfortable with the guidance in place, follow the latest advice from the World Health Organisation and don’t hesitate to seek further advice for anything you are unsure of or which you would like clarification of. There is a Jersey Coronavirus Helpline : 01534 44 55 66 ( Open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays)
