A lovingly restored manor house dating back to the 14th Century, Longueville Manor is Jersey’s most prestigious hotel and the island’s only AA Five Red Star hotel. The huge grounds contain an attractive ornamental lake, extensive gardens, a Victorian kitchen garden and beehives, plus a picturesque woodland trail where local wildlife is encouraged to flourish. The hotel is serene and peaceful but St Helier, Jersey’s capital, is within easy walking distance, where you can find boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, along with museums and other sights, such as the Jersey Museum, the Maritime Museum and Elizabeth Castle. The beach is also nearby at Havre Des Pas or Green Island to the south, or walk through St Helier and beyond the marina to the larger St Aubin’s Bay.

The outdoor pool is open from early May to the end of September and the terrace is a relaxing spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a poolside lunch or a pre-dinner cocktail on warm summer evenings. The Cottage Garden is a boutique spa with a highly trained team who can help recommend either the right spa treatment or a luxurious manicure or pedicure, and next door is a small but well equipped modern gym. Also near the spa building is an all-weather tennis court with equipment provided, or you can book a session with a professional coach. The Longueville kitchen combines understated service with exceptional dishes, which you can enjoy in the grand 15th century Oak Room or the less formal Garden Room. On hand are expert sommeliers with an intimate knowledge of the hotel’s iconic wine cellar, or imaginative suggestions for the perfect non-alcoholic accompaniment to your meal. This expertise extends to the Cocktail Bar which prides itself on the formidable skills of its long serving bar tenders.

Longueville Manor is a great location from which to discover the rest of Jersey too. Travel up the east of the island to the picturesque bays at Gorey and Rozel, or inland to the famous Jersey Zoo or to La Hougue Bie, one of the ten oldest buildings in the world. There’s also the Jersey War Tunnels and, to the west, the beautiful beaches at St Brelade’s and Beauport as well as Corbière Lighthouse. The north is home to some wonderful rugged coastline, Plemont and Greve De Lecq are particularly lovely.

One piece of hand luggage (maximum size 45x36x20cm, including any handles or wheels, which must fit under the seat in front of you) per person is included for easyJet. No hold baggage is included.

For Blue Islands, hand luggage allowance per person includes one standard cabin bag measuring no more than 55x35x20cm, including wheels and handles, and one small personal item, such as a handbag or laptop bag/briefcase, which can fit under the seat in front of you. The combined weight of your cabin baggage and smaller personal item must not exceed 10kg. 1 x 23kg hold luggage is also included per passenger with Blue Islands.
