Hotel Jerbourg, Guernsey

Hotel Jerbourg sits on a cliff top at Jerbourg Point in the South East of Guernsey. It really is a stunning location and the views from the hotel are incredible, looking out towards the islands of Herm, Sark and Jersey, even the French coast.  On a good day, the sunrise here just has to be seen to be believed. The Jerbourg is one of Guernsey’s most popular hotels and is fifteen minutes from Guernsey airport and the capital, St Peter Port, with its shops, bars, restaurants and its lovely harbour. Nearby are the Jersey Museum, the Maritime Museum and Elizabeth Castle as well as the Georgian House museum at 16 New Street, beautifully restored to give an insight into Regency life on the island. The beach is just a short walk away at Havre Des Pas to the south, or wander past the marina to the larger St Aubin's Bay.

There’s also the Jersey War Tunnels and, to the west, the beautiful beaches at St Brelade’s and Beauport as well as Corbière Lighthouse. The north is home to some wonderful rugged coastline, Plemont and Greve De Lecq are particularly lovely.
